We’ve always offered subscriptions on our products, but now we’ve added the ability to subscribe directly on our site. Here’s how it works.
There are few cool things about subscribing at Ovipost. Of course, there’s the benefit of saving money, where each subscription gives you 5% off automatically. Don’t worry if you also qualify for bulk or special nonprofit discounts, you can still contact us so we can adjust your subscription pricing on our end.
On top of saving money, we also reserve inventory for our subscribing customers. During weeks where our products are in high demand, subscription orders will take priority and you won’t have to worry about us not having your item in stock. It’s the best way to ensure you get your order when you need it, even during our busy summer months when many of our products are sold out.
Signing up is easy, but here are some step-by-step instructions on what to expect.
Click on the “Delivery Frequency” option on the product page to choose how often you want your orders to ship.
After you’ve checked out you will receive a confirmation email that will allow you to edit or cancel your order. Click the “edit or cancel your order” link to arrive on the page below.
On this page, you can edit, reorder, cancel, and sign up for text or email updates on where your order stands in the shipping process. If you click “Manage Subscriptions” you will be directed to the page below.
From here your subscription summary page will show details regarding your subscription. Click “See more details” on the bottom right to view and edit additional information about your subscription.
If you would like to cancel your subscription, simply click on the bottom line and then click the red box marked “Yes.”
If you would like to edit your order, you will have to cancel it and re-add your new order to the cart. As long as you get your changes in by 12pm ET, we will be able to ship it out with the new changes the same day. Your adjustments should be available for viewing immediately through the new email confirmation link.
